Delivery and Returns policy

UK Postage prices

Orders of ready-to-send items usually arrive within one week of purchase using a Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature service (or similar).

Snowflakes: £3.75 for one individual or one set of two snowflakes,

Baubles, Small & Medium pieces - £6.50 for one item

Postage of one large piece will be £11.50

Postage of multiple items will be calculated at the check out, but will be no more than £11.50 in total.

International Delivery Prices (Available Worldwide)

Overseas orders usually arrive within a few weeks and use a tracked and insured service. Worldwide postage prices will be calculated at checkout depending on weight of the parcel & destination, but here is an idea of what to expect:

Snowflakes: £11.25 for one or one set of two snowflakes
Baubles, and small bottles will cost between £12.65 - £18.35 for one item,
Other small and medium pieces, will cost between £13.50 - 23.60
Large & Extra Large pieces will be £14.75-27.60
Postage of multiple items will be calculated at the check out.

USA Shipping Costs will also include an additional 10% of the product value to cover the USA’s 10% import Tariffs. I will pay the 10% tariff to Royal Mail who will pay it to U.S. customs, and then there will be no additional customs taxes due to be paid by the customer when the parcel arrives in the USA.

Customs duties / tariffs / taxes

USA: I use a ‘Postal Delivered Duties Paid’ service by Royal Mail. So I will collect the additional 10% import tariff at checkout which will be included in your Shipping Cost. There will be no further duties to be paid by the customer when the parcel arrives in America, ensuring no unnecessary delays as it moves through customs.

Any customs duties and taxes due in countries not listed above, are NOT collected at my checkout. They are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be paid by you to the shipping partner in your country.

Due to the UK leaving the EU, countries in the European Union now have to pay VAT and a small handling fee on products imported from the UK. These vary depending on which country the parcel is being delivered to.

If the wrong delivery address is given, or if duties are left unpaid and a parcel is returned to sender, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to re-pay for postage.

If you are not happy with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund minus postage costs. You will also be responsible for the cost of postage for the return. It is advised that proof of postage is obtained for the returned item.
