Delivery within the UK will usually be within one week of purchase using a tracked & signed for service. Postage of small & medium pieces will cost £5 for one item. Postage of one large piece will be £10. Postage of multiple items will be calculated at the check out.
Delivery overseas (available worldwide) will take longer and use a signed for service.
Depending on destination, postage of small & medium pieces will cost between £17-£21.50 for one item, large pieces will be £25-£33 and extra large pieces will be £45. Postage of multiple items will be calculated at the check out.
Any additional customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If the wrong delivery address is given and a parcel is returned to sender, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to re-pay for postage.
If you are not happy with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund minus postage costs. You will also be responsible for the cost of postage for the return. It is advised that proof of postage is obtained for a retuned item.
**Shipping from England to the EU Post-Brexit**
At the moment I am trying to navigate my way around the new Brexit Deal and what this means for additional charges to EU customers. It is my understanding that the recipient of any orders to the EU may have to pay an additional VAT charge of 19-21% and a small handling fee in the receiving country before you can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the destination and the value of the item.
If you are in the EU and happy to pay an additional 19-21% VAT (of the value of the items orders) and a small handling fee of up to £5 when the parcel reaches your country, please place an order, and I will cover the cost of any other customs, charges or taxes that I have not mentioned above, as long as you retain proof of cost.
I hope this helps, but please get in touch if you have any other questions.
