Delivery and Returns policy
Orders need to be received by 11.59pm of the following dates in order to arrive in time for Christmas:

Friday 6th December 2024:
Australia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Israel, Italy, Malta, Mexico, Norway, Portugal, Romania and Sweden, Czech Republic, Malaysia, New Zealand, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Turkey and United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Tuesday 10th December 2024:
Austria, Denmark, India, Lithuania, Philippines, Qatar, Slovakia and Slovenia
Thursday 12th December 2024:
Belgium, Canada*, China (People’s Republic), Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Luxembourg, South Korea, Thailand and USA
Friday 13th December 2024
France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Pakistan, Russia, Singapore, Switzerland and Taiwan
**UK Postage prices**
Orders of ready-to-send items usually arrive within one week of purchase using a 2nd class tracked and signed for service.
Snowflakes: £3.75 for one individual or one set of two snowflakes
Baubles, Small & Medium pieces - £6.50 for one item
Postage of one large piece will be £11.50
Postage of multiple items will be calculated at the check out.
**Overseas Delivery Prices (Available Worldwide)**
overseas orders usually arrive within a few weeks and use a tracked and signed for service or similar alternative. Worldwide postage prices will be calculated at checkout depending on destination:
Snowflakes: £11.25 for one or one set of two snowflakes
Baubles, and small bottles will cost between £19.70-£21.90 for one item,
Other small and medium pieces, will cost between £24.20 - £28
Large pieces will be £34-£42.40 and extra large pieces will be £45.
Postage of multiple items will be calculated at the check out.
Any additional customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If the wrong delivery address is given and a parcel is returned to sender, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to re-pay for postage.
If you are not happy with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund minus postage costs. You will also be responsible for the cost of postage for the return. It is advised that proof of postage is obtained for a retuned item.

**Shipping from England to the EU Post-Brexit**
Brexit has unfortunately meant additional charges for EU customers. It is my understanding that the recipient of any orders to the EU will have to pay an additional VAT charge of 19-21% and a small handling fee in the receiving country before you can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the destination and the value of the item.
